The house
Everything a big group needs
A new house built in stone and timber in the traditional local style, with views of the Sierra de Gredos and the Alberche valley.
Porches with mountain views
Three covered porches; the big one, 200 m², links the great room with the barbecue. Eat outdoors, rain or shine.
Saltwater pool
10 × 4 m, fenced and lawned, surrounded by holm oaks. Pool season from June to September.
Great room with fireplace
Over 100 m² with tables for the whole group, a lounge with sofas and free firewood from November to March.
12 spacious bedrooms
Sleeping 3 to 7, up to 30 m², each with a double bed, memory-foam mattresses and bed linen.
Covered barbecue
Barbecue kit and firewood included, right by the big porch. The best way to cook for a big group.
Surrounded by nature
A fenced estate with a garden and gazebo and no close neighbours, 800 m from Navaluenga and next to the Valle de Iruelas nature reserve.

Will we share the house with another group?
No. The house is always rented to a single group, however many places you book; rooms you don’t use stay locked.
How many of us can stay?
Up to 50 (55 if you also book El Mirador del Alberche). The minimum depends on the season: from 15 places in low season, 35 in mid season and 35 in high season. Groups of 24 to 35 can also choose the tailored house.
What does the price include?
The whole house for your group, with heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, a barbecue kit with firewood and firewood for the fireplace from November to March. During pool season there is a pool supplement of €660. Extras (pets, paella pans, other times) are on the prices page.
How does booking work?
Ask for a quote with your dates and group size. To book, pay a deposit of about 50% and send the receipt within 12 hours. The rest is paid in cash on arrival or by bank transfer at least 15 days before.
Can we cancel or change the dates?
No. All bookings are final: no cancellations or date changes, and the deposit is not refunded. Only if Navaluenga were placed under lockdown could the booking be moved to another date.
Can we hold a birthday, a communion or a wedding?
Yes. Tailor-made catering for weddings, communions and anniversaries, with waiting staff, decoration, tableware and linen. Adult-only groups, weddings and other events have specific deposit conditions. We do not accept hen or stag parties.
