What data we process and why

The data you send us through the quote form (name, phone, email, dates, number of guests, type of group, comments and how you heard about us), by WhatsApp, phone or email is used to answer your request, prepare a quote and, where applicable, manage your booking.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the request, and taking steps prior to or performing the rental contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b). We will not send you marketing without your explicit consent.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law (for example, the guest register required by Spanish law). Form data is stored on servers of Cloudflare, our hosting provider, acting as data processor. If you choose WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Retention

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and, if you book, for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability and withdraw your consent by writing to elmiradordelalberche1.nc@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
