No. The house is always rented to a single group, however many places you book; rooms you don’t use stay locked.

Up to 50 (55 if you also book El Mirador del Alberche). The minimum depends on the season: from 15 places in low season, 35 in mid season and 35 in high season. Groups of 24 to 35 can also choose the tailored house.

The whole house for your group, with heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, a barbecue kit with firewood and firewood for the fireplace from November to March. During pool season there is a pool supplement of €660. Extras (pets, paella pans, other times) are on the prices page.

Ask for a quote with your dates and group size. To book, pay a deposit of about 50% and send the receipt within 12 hours. The rest is paid in cash on arrival or by bank transfer at least 15 days before.

No. All bookings are final: no cancellations or date changes, and the deposit is not refunded. Only if Navaluenga were placed under lockdown could the booking be moved to another date.

Yes. Tailor-made catering for weddings, communions and anniversaries, with waiting staff, decoration, tableware and linen. Adult-only groups, weddings and other events have specific deposit conditions. We do not accept hen or stag parties.

Yes, with at least 7 days’ notice and up to 3 animals per group. The first is free; the second and third are €20 per animal per night. Dogs of breeds classed as dangerous are not accepted.

Yes: €300 to €800 on arrival, depending on the group. Important: throwing confetti in the house or on the estate means losing the whole deposit.

Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 16:00. Arriving and leaving at 12:00 is free, and other extensions are available for a fee, subject to availability.

Yes. Catering at the house for groups of 30 or more. For example: 4 meals (2 lunches and 2 dinners) for €70 per person. If you’d rather cook, the kitchen is fully equipped, though for 40 or 50 people the barbecue or paella pans are easier. Restaurants in the village with weekend set menus from €14.

Yes. Navaluenga’s by-laws on sound systems, brass bands, drinking in the street and posters must be respected, and breaking them can lead to fines. Extra mattresses, tents, campervans and inflatables are not allowed either.

During pool season, from June to September. It is a 10 × 4 m saltwater pool and it is fenced.

We have no cots. Children under 2 who don’t need a bed stay free.

Yes, inside the estate, with room for 10 or more cars.
