Cancellation policy
- All bookings are final: no cancellations, date changes or changes of house.
- The deposit is not refunded under any circumstances, whatever the reason.
- Only if Navaluenga is placed under a lockdown can the booking be moved to another date.
Very important: no confetti
- If confetti is thrown on the estate or in the house, the entire security deposit is forfeited.
What we need for a quote
- Total number of guests, adults and children who need a bed.
- Children under 2 who don’t need a bed stay free.
- The minimum group size depends on the season (see Prices).
How to confirm your booking
- Pay a deposit of about 50% of the total.
- Send the bank receipt by email or WhatsApp within 12 hours of the booking email (the same day for offers and last-minute bookings).
- Include the house name and the name of the person booking in the payment reference.
- If we don’t receive the receipt in time, the booking is cancelled automatically and the house is offered to other guests.
Paying the balance
- In cash on arrival, when you collect the keys. Please bring the exact amount; €200 and €500 notes are not accepted.
- Or by bank transfer at least 15 days before arrival, letting us know first (not available 14 days or less before).
Security deposit
- A security deposit of €300 to €800, depending on the group, is paid on arrival.
- Adult-only groups, weddings and other events: ask for specific conditions.
- Hen and stag parties are not accepted.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 16:00.
- In 12:00 / out 12:00: free.
- In 12:00 / out 17:00: €150.
- In 17:00 / out 20:00: €100.
- In 12:00 / out 20:00: €200.
- Other extensions: €50 per hour. Always subject to availability.
Occupancy and visitors
- No more people than stated in the contract may stay, inside or outside the house. Extra places must be agreed in advance and are charged proportionally.
- Day guests: €25 per person, max. 10, and only with 50 places booked.
- Extra mattresses, tents, campervans, inflatables, marquees and similar are not allowed.
Pets
- On request only, with at least 7 days’ notice. Max. 3 animals per group.
- The first is free; the second and third are €20 per animal per night.
- Dogs of breeds classed as dangerous are not accepted.
- With pets, the deposit is returned by bank transfer 2–3 days after departure, once the house has been checked. Damage or extra cleaning is deducted.
Local rules in Navaluenga
- Town by-laws on sound systems, brass bands, drinking in the street and posters must be respected. Breaking them can lead to fines.

- Groups that cannot keep to these rules should not book.
Other services
- Free barbecue kit.
- Fireplace from November to March, firewood included.
- Paella pan and equipment hire: ask for prices.
- When fires are banned, the barbecue is replaced by large gas griddles.
Pool rules
- For staying guests only.
- Children must always be supervised by an adult; under-6s may not swim alone.
- No glass or dangerous objects, and no eating or smoking in the pool area.
- Swimwear only, no street shoes. No diving, running or rough play.
- No floats or inflatables that interfere with water filtering.
- House towels are not for the pool.
- People with contagious illnesses may not use the pool.
- The pool is fenced; its use is the responsibility of the person who books.
In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version of these conditions prevails.
